Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Bhoomi Mitra operates as an online real estate technology platform and digital service provider. All services, subscription plans, promotional property listings, and Vastu compliance reports offered on our mobile app and website are 100% Digital Products and Online Services.

1. No Physical Shipping Required

Since Bhoomi Mitra deals exclusively in digital real estate platform services, no physical products or physical shipping/courier deliveries are involved for any transaction made on our platform.

2. Delivery & Activation Timelines

• Promotional Featured Listing Boosts: Upon successful payment via Razorpay Payment Gateway, your property listing will automatically receive "Featured" or "Gold/Platinum" promotional status instantly or within 1 to 2 hours of payment confirmation.
• Agent Verified Subscription Badges: Agent profile verification badges and plan privileges are activated within 2 to 24 hours following document verification.
• Vastu Compliance & Inspection Reports: Digital Vastu reports are generated automatically and delivered to your in-app account section and registered email address within 15 minutes to 2 hours of payment.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Electronic Receipts

Upon successful completion of any paid transaction via Razorpay:

• An automated payment confirmation email containing your GST Tax Invoice and Payment Reference ID will be sent immediately to your registered email address.
• An in-app notification and SMS alert will confirm the activation of your purchased digital service.
• You can view all past transactions and active subscriptions under the Account > My Payments section inside the Bhoomi Mitra Mobile App.

4. Non-Receipt of Digital Services

If your account was debited via Razorpay but your digital subscription or featured listing status did not activate within 24 hours, please contact our technical fulfillment team with your transaction receipt:
